  • 30 classes for regular $300, student/senior $255 (valid only June 1st to Sept 15th 2014)
  • 6 month special for all members regular/student/senior $480 (that's like $80/month)

Great news everybody!

Kids Classes will run continuous until June 15 2014!

Class times:

Ages 3-5 yrs 12:30pm- 1pm

Ages 6-9 yrs 1:05pm- 1:50pm*

*begins 10 min earlier than before

To continue for 4 more weeks cost is $36 + GST. Or drop in at $10.

Kalee Mund Ayurvedic Cooking Class

Join Kalee Mund in the kitchen at Stafford Street Hot Yoga for an interactive, hands on learning experience. Learn the in’s and out’s of Ayurvedic nutrition & food combinations that empower good health and digestion. Students will gain knowledge on how to plan well balanced, nutritious vegetarian meals made from grains, beans, vegetables, fruits, seeds, dairy products, fat, spices and herbs and enjoy a meal at the end of each class. This class will focus on cooking to balance the energies of Spring and Summer.

Date: May 31st & June 1st
Time: 10am - 2pm
Cost: $75 for one class and $130 for both
