Important studio update

Dear SSHY community,

We thank you for your patience and support as we work to re-define and transform the inner workings of this beautiful studio.

We have the privilege of working with a group of people who are making the changes needed to help SSHY and its community continue to thrive.
 
For the time being, classes and memberships are on hold until further notice.

Due to the speed at which management is collaborating, we were unable to give notice, or remain open. The paperwork, the small print, etc. simply takes time... oh, the world of business.

Please stay tuned to our website, Facebook page and the front door of the studio. We will do our best to keep you informed during this time of transition.

We look forward to seeing you soon and once again truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Kids classes running until June 15th

Great news everybody!

Kids Classes will run continuous until June 15 2014!

Class times:

Ages 3-5 yrs 12:30pm- 1pm

Ages 6-9 yrs 1:05pm- 1:50pm*

*begins 10 min earlier than before

To continue for 4 more weeks cost is $36 + GST. Or drop in at $10.

Bring a friend, brother, sister, and come learn some yoga!

Kalee Mund Ayurvedic Cooking Class

Join Kalee Mund in the kitchen at Stafford Street Hot Yoga for an interactive, hands on learning experience. Learn the in’s and out’s of Ayurvedic nutrition & food combinations that empower good health and digestion. Students will gain knowledge on how to plan well balanced, nutritious vegetarian meals made from grains, beans, vegetables, fruits, seeds, dairy products, fat, spices and herbs and enjoy a meal at the end of each class. This class will focus on cooking to balance the energies of Spring and Summer.

Date: May 31st & June 1st
Time: 10am - 2pm
Cost: $75 for one class and $130 for both
