Thursday, January 2nd: Challenge begins

Thursday, January 9th at 8pm: Info session at the studio for our amazing, hot yoga infused retreat in Mexico this February (2014).

Saturday, January 11th: Beginners Workshop $15
For people who think they can't do hot yoga because of weight issues, health conditions, or just need a gentle introduction to show them what they CAN do.  With Amanda, 12:30 - 1:30pm.  Please call or email to sign up.  Come as you are in comfortable clothing. We will do the workshop in the hot room with no heat for 60 min.

Saturday, January 25th: Posture Clinic with Amanda $25
12:30 - 1:30pm in the hot room. Heated, so wear your shorts!  An opportunity to go through the Bikram postures you want to know more about.  Amanda will help show you ways of improving your postures and understanding, or simply answer those burning questions!
