March schedule updates

New yoga classes have nestled into our Bikram program to enhance everyone’s experience and practice.  We are now offering a small variety of classes - please notice our new schedule (all classes now included in your SSHY membership).

Nancy Harrar, Gillian Grodzik, and Tamara Hajsky will continue to offer us all their wonderful classes of Hot Yin (Mon 8:30-9:30pm), Hot Flow (Sat 10:30-Noon & Sun 10:30-11:30 am,) NIA (2x/ month) and Qi Gong (Tues 6:30-7:30am).

NEW for March is our 2:30-3:30pm KARMA class.

This class is always only $5.  The teacher and style of yoga will be open to new and inspired teachers from around Winnipeg.  Everyone welcome, all levels.

We thank you for your patience and participation this last month of February as we tried new teachers and new classes!  Many thanks to our dedicated and reliable work traders as well for their flexibility in keeping our studio in top shape as all our schedules were a little mixed up…

New and exciting teaching staff, and the action continues in Ume’s Kitchen and with our expansion of healing therapies/treatments now available right in SSHY!

Dear SSHY Community,

This is going to be a VERY exciting month!  Please pay close attention to our Facebook and emails as we are going to delight and surprise you with all sorts of NEW classes and events - most of them will be by donation only.  This will help you meet the new teachers/facilitators and to vote with your attendance so we know what to plug in for the future!

Why are we expanding our yoga menu you might be asking?  You may have noticed that we have a big and beautiful studio space.  We will always maintain our strong vein of Bikram classes and excellent, certified teachers. We are only filling in the gaps so we can offer ourselves and you more as a community in the ways of healing and expanding awareness.  More classes, more students, more teachers, more music, more fun, more yoga, more options!

All new class times are donation based for all members for the month of February, so come in and try the new teachers and classes we want to know how you like it!  Suggested donation of $5 - $15.

The schedule is also changing for our Bikram classes.  Please note NEW times.  We are ALWAYS making changes that we observe are going to benefit all of us.  Please be mindful that we are a family based business.  That we work very hard to serve our community and want to meet your needs as best as we can.

We have kept the theme of beginner classes in mind, so please all of you, feel good to try any of the new classes and like Bikram, take them at your own pace.
